Issue/Bug Description Name: Battery Saver: Screen orientation remain black during hand held normal operation.

Occurrence: Intermittent
Severity (Low/Medium/High/): Medium
No fix as of: 8/13/2016
Replication/Description:
1. Turn on/enable Battery Saver under Settings.
2. Use the feature normally.
-Held your phone upside down
-Insert your phone while active in your pocket upside down.
-take more time to get it back from your pocket.
3. Intermittently, under those circumstances black screen remained even though phone is in normal operation.
